The Lonely Mom

As I sit here on my couch watching my guilty pleasure tv shows night after night, while my kids and husband are soundly asleep, I realize just how lonely I am .

    Most of my days are like this, I’m 10 months postpartum & I’ve never felt so alone during this journey. Only when I get my me time do I ponder on that feeling ….

      It’s definitely a hard road. My kids are 6 and 8. Every stage is different. They both have pros and cons. My husband has a tough job and he is gone sometimes. I don’t live close to family and all my friends are working moms. So it’s hard to relate sometimes. Being a sahm is a lonely job. I go back and forth about returning to work. Just trying to find an outlet to share all the things.
